Access and Usage:

• Only customers are allowed in the laundry center.
• Using machines and washing powder/softener is at the customer’s own risk.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Inspect machines for damages or residues before use.
• Set the machines properly and stay with the machine during the entire operation.

Malfunctions and Damages:

• In case of issues, contact the service/emergency number displayed in the store.
• Random button pressing, especially on the central control (payment machine), is prohibited. The responsible party will be held liable for deliberate damage.

Prohibited Actions:

• Washing and drying of heavily soiled laundry, animal blankets (especially horse blankets), or stained laundry soiled with oil, cement, tar, or grease are not allowed.
• Additionally, cleaning of carpets, rubber mats, shoes, ropes, tents, and mops is prohibited.
• Dyeing laundry is not allowed.
• Washing and drying are permitted only for household laundry. Follow the care labels on your clothing.

Precautionary Measures:

• Remove nails, screws, or other foreign objects from your laundry in advance.
• Do not overload the machines.
• For service calls that happen because of improper handling, misuse, or breaking the terms and conditions, we charge at least 50 euros as a penalty.

Smoking and Intoxicants:

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of intoxicants are prohibited in the laundry center.

Liability Disclaimer:

• The operator accepts no liability for forgotten, stolen, discoloured, shrunk or otherwise damaged laundry.

Video Surveillance:

• The laundry center is under video surveillance. By entering, you consent to the recording and storage of video footage.

Penalties for Violations:

• In case of violations of these rules, theft, or property damage, legal charges will be filed.
• A compensation fee of at least 75 euros (plus any incurred costs) will be charged.
