Purpose of Surveillance:
The video surveillance serves the following purposes:

• Protecting against vandalism and theft,
• Supporting investigations in cases of violent crimes,
• Monitoring machines and access-restricted areas,
• Detecting unauthorized access or break-in attempts,
• Documenting technical malfunctions and complaints.

Legal Basis:
The video surveillance is carried out based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR in conjunction with § 4 BDSG. Our legitimate interest arises from the aforementioned purposes.

Recipients of Data:

• In case of suspected criminal acts, the recorded data may be handed over to law enforcement authorities.
• Data will only be shared in other cases if a valid legal basis exists.

Data Processing Outside the EU:

• No personal data from video surveillance is processed outside the European Union.

Storage and Deletion:

• Recordings are stored for a maximum of 72 hours.
• Longer storage is only possible if there is evidence of actions on the recordings that may be prosecuted as criminal offenses or serve to assert civil claims.
